Set Up WireGuard Client on Windows

1. Download WireGuard for Windows from: https://www.wireguard.com/install/
2. Install it (official, signed executable - no antivirus issues!)
3. Import the config file you got.
4. Click "Activate"
5. Make sure your BeamMP server is running
6. Players connect to: play.elbro.fun:<PORT_FROM_CONF>
7. Only direct connect will work. There is no point in making the server public, people won't be able to join from the public server list.
